Esecncia was one of our best accommodations in Chile. This beautiful boutique hotel is located in a very safe and dynamic neighborhood. The owners and the staff were super friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations. The breakfast was excellent and the room was really comfortable. There is a lot of attention to details and you really feel at home here.

Amazing stay!! So grateful for all the personalized meals and recommendations.

Loved the warm welcome and being able to personalize our breakfast, especially since I’m gluten free and my friend is a vegetarian. Also, the recommendations for food we received exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere. We were also right in the middle of all the stores and restaurants so it was a great location.

The perfect place to stay at Viña del Mar!

I can't say enough good things about Esencia and everyone there. My stay was absolutely perfect! Much better than I was expecting. Starting with the communication days before my arrival, I received all the information that I needed. Upon my arrival I was pleased by how cute the place is and a really nice neighbourhood. The check-in process was a breeze. They also gave me a couple of great recommendations of restaurants and activities, they also reserved the restaurantes for me! If you're thinking about staying in Viña del Mar, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Esencia!

This was one of the best experiences I have had being out of the country.

Everything about the property and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Adri and Christian we incredible hosts with a beautiful establishment, and we couldn’t have been happier. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and at the ready with amazing recommendations. Our stay with them not only solidified us coming back to Chile, but also having another stay with them.

A jewel in Viña del Mar.

This boutique hotel is located on a quiet cut de sac near the beach and is in an area where all sorts of restaurants abound. The owners lovingly restored and refurbished an old building into a beautiful, almost Spanish-looking home with several bedrooms, all comfortable and generous in terms of space. The breakfast was excellent, prepared to our taste as discussed in advance. The owners, Adri and Christian, spared no efforts to make our stay easy and interesting. They are charm personified, extremely kind and thoughtful and ready to advise on destinations or nearby restaurants.

For us it was a perfect, calm and relaxing stay, due in no small measure to the kindness of the owners.

Absolutely amazing!

I found the hotel absolutely amazing. It was a tranquil place off the main street with beautiful garden where to sit at the end of the day to rest and enjoy the wine from the hotel. The room was also perfect, with bath, very comfortable bed, soft white sheets and decorated in a cosy manner. It felt a very warm and welcoming place. My stay was even better thanks to the owners who were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with being up for nice chats, confirming that everything was going smoothly and I felt comfortable. Additionally, I also enjoyed all the options available for breakfast, made out of local food, healthy and delicious :)

Just a perfect place to stay - we absolutely loved everything about it!

When we arrived at Esencia Hotel Boutique we were greeted by the owners Adri and Cristian. They immediately made us feel welcome, answered any questions we had and also told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and the surrounding area. Adri also recommended a restuarant for that evening ('Donde Willy') which was lovely! When we checked in we filled out a short form with our preferences for breakfast the next morning (it was delicious by the way!). Our room was immaculately clean with a super-comfy bed and a large SmartTV. The bathroom was also very clean, modern and well-fitted. The hotel has a private driveway where we were able to securely park our rental car, and there are lots and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The beach is also a short walk away. Adri and Cristian were the absolute PERFECT hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we could see that they genuinely wanted to make our stay as pleasant as it could possibly be. The service at Esencia is literally the best I have ever encountered at a hotel. Keep doing what you're doing Adri and Cristian - you're amazing!

Exceptional

Everything about Esencia was exceptional! The owners and staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. The room was clean and spacious and the made to order breakfast were delicious. All of the recommendations given to use by the owners from restaurants to activities were incredible! The location was convenient and easily walkable to most anywhere we needed to go. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
